Friendly efficient staff, nice large comfortable room. A little plain but was equipped well with separate washroom, and separate shower & bath. Large TV and no skimping on bathroom accoutrements (where we notice other hotels have!) Great service in restaurant and good quality food.

The staff are fantastic. However, the room was small, no coffee or tea in rooms although there is a machine in the hall by the main door - not convenientat all. No water glass, no shampoo or conditioner. Just really basic. There is a fridge but it was turned off on arrival and take several hours to cool. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable.

We've stayed here on several occasions as the location is very good. The room was very big and clean and comfortable, there was some noise in the morning as it was partly under the stairs and we could hear people going up to breakfast, but it was very quiet all night. The tap in the toilet wouldn't turn on properly but reception were quick to sort. We would definitely stay here again.

Saubere kleine aber gemütliche Zimmer, 50%-Chance für Blick auf Segelhafen, Empfang mit leichten Problemen mit der Technik aber nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück übersichtlich, aber okay. Lage mitten im Hafenbereich abseits des Stadtzentrums, daher das direkte drumherum jetzt nicht wirklich schön. Strand(chen) und Zentrum sind aber fußläufig zu erreichen.

Uitstekend hotel in de haven van Delfzijl, uitstekend diner menu met heerlijke gerechten en een prima ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid. De kamers zijn wat oubollig, maar voldoen prima. Gratis koffie en fruit op de gang. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Groningse gastvrijheid.

Industrial night harbor romantic, good breakfast

Strange: Industrial complex that in the night is quite romantic due to the harbor. Good breakfast buffet, restaurant available throughout the day, lots of parking lots, close to the see: We enjoyed our stay there!

Bijzonder goed.

Mooi hotel aan de haven makkelijk gratis parkeren. Nette kamers met koffiemachine. In deze Corona tijd perfecte service. Avondeten van de kaart op kamer bezorgd. Ontbijt wordt klaar gemaakt en in een tas klaar gezet. Om mee te nemen naar de kamer of onderweg. Vriendelijke mensen. Bijzonder goed.

Great place to stay near Eemshaven

I work in Eemshaven and have found this to be the best hotel within 15 minutes of work. Its clean, the food in the resturant is very good and there is free parking. Breakfast is a bit basic but overall absolutely no complaints.

a few small items: soap holder in shower was EMPTY. A room with a double bed was apparently avalable but we were put in a room with two singles. Breakfast was okay although the room looks more like a canteen than a hotel breakfast room. Service was GOOD.
