"The front desk staff is amazing.... the rooms are terrific. HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room. "

"Front desk were all very friendly and helpful for us as we checked in and helped with any issues. Hotel lobby and lounge area were very well kept and beautiful. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel bar and appreciated the water and coffee while either heading out or arriving back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would book again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Munich to stay here. Thank you "

"Room was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and the check in and check out process was a breeze. Close to the city center so distance is walkable yet quieter in this area which was very nice. "
