"Das Personal wirkte bei Ankunft unmotiviert und gestresst. Die Zimmer sind schon klein, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Im Thema Sauberkeit kann noch nachgebessert werden. Im Zimmer waren u.a. Spinnenweben und Haare von einem anderen Gast. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort und das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist es aber definitiv in Ordnung und Preis-Leistung stimmt."

The property is beautifully kept to high standards in the most beautiful wooded location. "Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on Expedia. Other than that, everything was great."
