One bedroom offers a large double bed with lake view, the other has two box-spring single beds that can be pushed together. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster – all with a wonderful view of Lake Krüpelsee. Wi-Fi for video conferences, TV in each bedroom, washing machine, fan, fireplace for cooler days, private sauna with lake view, game console, and high chair are included. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and underfloor heating provides extra comfort.



Enjoy your covered and open terrace with a view of the lake or relax at your own private beach section. Please bring water shoes due to shells on the beach. A private barbecue and the shared garden offer space for outdoor activities; toys and books for children are available.



A shared parking space with charging station for electric cars is at your disposal at the house. Public transport is nearby, and two bicycles invite you to explore cycling and hiking trails, such as the 25 km route around Lake Krüpelsee. Beach towels can be provided on request for an extra fee. Events are not permitted on the property. The estate is located directly on Lake Krüpelsee on a large private plot; sights such as Königs Wusterhausen Castle, Bad Saarow, and Berlin are easily accessible.
