"Overall, a great choice right by international terminal, but very quiet! But area outside the hotel is not very nice. Right by new metro also, so very convenient. The bed was really comfortable (unlike the Leela Palace in Chennai), so I was pleasantly surprised. Pool was nice but area around it could be improved. Breakfast was great. The club lounge was a bit limited in terms of nibbles, sounded better on the menu, but unlimited drinks for happy hour and prompt service. Definitely recommend if you want to stay near the airport and more than the usual airport hotel, but not in an area you want to hanging out in. Gerald in the Club area was very helpful and arranged room upgrade to suite, as per Gold Hotels.com membership (many hotels don't recognise this, so this was welcome). All staff were very good. Thanks. I would recommend, certainly at the price I paid (which is probably off-season - wouldn't get a poor three star hotel in my country for this price!). Not sure club room is worth paying much more for, as the lounge offering is quite limited compared to other hotels."

"We had the best stay! My mum and I came for a few days and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was exceptional. The staff are very attentive and will go above and beyond for you! The dining, the rooms, the restaurants - we could not fault a thing. A special shout out to guest services team Utkarsha and Manisha and servers at India Jones restaurant Sashant and Maneesh! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay ☺️"

"We were on half boards so we enjoyed the buffet at breakfast and dinner. The cooks especially were very attentive and would make pretty much anything you asked for. The food was of excellent quality and I especially enjoyed the smoked salmon. There were only two negatives to our stay. One was that the pool was closed the entire first day due to weather although it wasn't raining or thundering. Seemed to be closed so they could have a photo shoot. The other problem was that we were in the bar enjoying happy hour and my wife and I played a card game and were told that we had to put it away immediately. No card playing in the bar. Seems a strange policy. They were very inflexible about it. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The concierge was also incredibly helpful."
Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach Hotel

"The best thing about the Novotel Juhu Beach is the staff. They are amazingly attentive and hospitable. The restaurant food is also excellent The hotel does have a bit of a run down feel. The beds are pretty hard, in case thats an issue for you. The worst part is probably the beach. Not the hotel's fault but it is the dirtiest beach i have ever seen."

"Coming from USA, this was very convenient to get into the hotel within minutes after claiming the baggage, The staff was very helpful to get my luggage into my room which was slightly away from the airport (still walkable). Checkout was also very easy with helpful staff getting it up to arrivals. I am very happy with it and will book again."
