Lors de mon arrivée, l'employé à la réception insistait pour que paye mon séjour alors que le tout avait déjà été payé par Expedia 8 mois auparavant. Après une attente de 10 minutes et un appel, il a compris que le tout avait bel et bien été payé. Ensuite j'ai passé 48h sans WiFi. Je devais demander constamment si ca fonctionnait car aucun suivi n'était fait de leur côté (pour m'informer). Et inévitablement... je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement.
Le personnel du restaurant est #1 .

I booked this hotel because I had a really good experience from my previous stay. Now this hotel staffer whoever was on duty on 3rd March night gave us the worst ever travel experience. In the middle of the night he simply said we dont have your reservation or booking and I cant help you. This happened when I had booked the hotel 2 months in advance. I never had seen the a Hotel did not get a booking after 2 months. I was carrying a 6 month old child and she was crying as we could get rest after traveling from us and he simply did not allow us on the hotel premises and was discourteous as well and when another hotel staffer or porter tried to help he asked him not to. We even asked if he could give us a room with extra payment and he even denied that and he was more concerned of entry door opening and closing as we were trying to calm our child and trying to book another hotel.$140 dollar wasted. My child cried for 3-4 hours as all the hotels 3 or 4 star were all full when we tried to book another hotel. When I asked for a refund through Expedia the management also did not pick the Customer service reps call and did not refund our booking. Please avoid this Hotel at all cost.

Would not recommend.
Not worth the price. Rooms are old and very small with a very dirty look and feel and we were apparently upgraded. Definitely will not stay here again.

Nice location. Courteous staff.
Basic things like hand/face towels, hair dryer, ashtray etc had to be asked for.
Room provided for triple occupancy was too small, with very little leg space and no space (as in chair/sofa etc) to sit.

The photos are out of date! The room was filthy! THere were dead insects on the window seals. The toilet was badly stained. There was dirt and scale around the shower door. the walls of the shower were dirty. There was a smell in the room. The bin in the bathroom was rusty and dirty. We cleaned all the surfaces with Lyzol wipes, and the wipes were black with dirt and dust. Would NEVER stay here again! The management was also not firendly. We had booked a Luxury room and were shown 5 rooms which were all substandard. We settled for a premium room which was the best of the worst. The manager refused to refund the difference. A couple of the front desk staff would ignore us because we complained. The breakfast and staff in the morning at breakfast led by Arun Shetty were fantastic though!
