"We were very disappointed in lots of ways by this rental. The owner spoke no English which is not what we were told when renting the property. This made it very difficult to address any of the problems. For example, we had agreed online the day before that we could check in a little early as my wife was unwell, but on arrival we were sent away for 2 hours as the villa wasn’t ready. There were a LOT of issues with the property. The villa is only the small ‘pool-house‘ you see in the pictures....

"The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. "We were very impressed when we arrived at 2.15am in the morning, after a long drive from Venice, to find our host waiting for us. We were very pleased with the villa, pool and large garden. It was clean and tidy and the flowers on the table and the eggs and wine were a lovely welcome. The hammock frame broke during our stay but Mr Zufic had it welded and back in the garden the next day! "A fabulous villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay - home from home. Fully spoilt by the outdoor area, great to cook in, chill and enjoy the pool area. Plenty of shade and sunny spots to suit everyone. Games room and hot tub are a bonus and were enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this villa, the location is great enabling us to visit Pula, Fazenda, Rovinj, Porec and Meriden - all fabulous resorts in their own right. "Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. Pool and outdoor recreation area perfect for relaxing and outdoor grilling equipment top notch. Beds very comfortable, baths well appointed, kitchen new with lux appliances. "Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool und Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Liegen sollten jedoch bei Gelegenheit mal ausgetauscht werden, sie sind alt und teilweise auch schon kaputt. Ein Badezimmer ist bereits renoviert, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auch die anderen bereits renoviert gewesen wären, es hat jedoch nicht gestört. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."

"Die Villa ist absolut ruhig, sehr gepflegt und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Der saubere private Pool bietet Abkühlung, ist jedoch zum Schwimmen etwas klein, was aber auf den Bildern bereits erkennbar ist. Die Stadt Porec und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen keine 10 Autominuten entfernt. Service war perfekt! Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub..."

Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. "
