Stay was okay. Breakfast and pool was good. However air conditioning didn’t work well, shower head needs replacement and lack of beach towels was disappointing. Water ferry to and from Rovinj and Maistra Amarin is recommended and reliable. Front reception and breakfast staff friendly.

The ac wasn’t working too well and the units had a decent amount of ants everywhere. Beach and pool are amazing. Cleaning staff only came to clean the units 1 time in a 4 night start. Over all 6/10

We loved our stay here! Was a great stop while visiting Rovinj. Loved being able to swim in the pool and sit by the beach and watch the sunset. We had plenty of room for two and we were sad we only booked one night!

We enjoyed our stay at the Amarin. I had some doubt after reading some reviews but it had what we needed. We stayed in a two bedroom premium apartment (we were kindly upgraded). The A/C for some reason worked better in the room with two beds vs. the bedroom with one big bed but wasn’t terrible, it’s Europe after all so you can’t expect the same level of air con as you would get in Canada. We were prepared with dish towels/papertowels and dish soap/sponge as I had read those weren’t provided. The pools are very nice and we were able to cool off. The food is good as well for decent prices. The staff were helpful and friendly to us unlike some other reviews mentioned. We didn’t know beach towels were provided (I could be wrong on this) but we brought our own beach towel with us as well. They have a ferry that costs 5€ that takes you into Rovinj main town area and they accepted card as well. The market/little grocery store was super helpful for us too. All our Canadian cards worked here which was nice! Overall enjoyed it! Bring water shoes because the beach is super rocky around here but they also sell them on the resort if you forget.

Amazing resort, not one thing bad about it. Just bring water shoes for the beach as it’s a little rocky (took mine so I was ready) but other than that it’s perfect will be returning one day

Brilliant stay at the Amarin. Two adults and two teens, there was heaps to do and keep us all occupied. Evening entertainment was good, bar prices reasonable. Housekeeping was regular, with towels and sheets being changed every other day.

We had a 1bedroom premium apartment and it was lovely and close to the beach and pool, which was exactly what we wanted. There’s a small grocery store on site with reasonable prices. The restaurants are really not very good, though, so if you are looking for dinner, you really should leave the property!

Unique property geared towards family. My 3 kids 10 and twin 16 years enjoyed the pools, water activities, breakfast. The pool area needs to be addressed since it was very slippery (we all fell). The rooms were basic but clean, good AC, showers and deck. It was next to or part of a camp ground which was filled with families. Just a short ride to Rovinj. Would stay here again next time for a couple days. Loved Rovinj!

Nice beach and pool area. Lots of people in pool during peak season. No cleaning or change of towels during stay as stated in description. Could at least have provided new toilet paper. Kitchen very limited. As family it was good (3+ of 5). Stay away for overpriced boar to rovinj!
