This hotel got just 3 luggage trolleys. When you arrive to the hotel they will help you bring the luggage to the room but when you leaving you are on your own. My wife and I travelling with a 7 months old baby, 6 years old, and 2 elderly over 70s. I went to ask the reception for spare trolley the answer was no, then I asked the guy who helped us on arrival and he no longer offer his help as we are leaving. What a lovely joke! I ended up spending over a taking all bags from room to car park on my own. At the checked out desk, the reception lady asked me if everything ok, I said no, because your hotel offer no help for the guests with their bags especially those travelling with young and old. When we about to step out of the hotel then they brought us a trolley. For me, it was basically a joke and the worst part of the stay. Thank you for the hospitality but I will never come again.

Average experience.

Good value for money, but rooms are due for an upgrade. Our shower drain was clogged, and the rooms are on the smaller side. We didn’t have ability to control the aircon which was automatically set to 24-25C, which was not cold enough when there is 35C outside. The fridge had issues keeping our drinks cold. Breakfast and dinner was OK, all drinks including alcohol was included, which was a nice gesture. Good location and amenities. Nice staff. Good value for money. All an all, an average experience due to the room issues we had.

Odličan izbor hotela za tu cijenu. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i recepcija bi nam izašla u susret te nas ranije pustila u teretanu. Svaki dan bi bilo nešto novo za doručak i za večeru, raznolik izbor mesa, riba, pizze, predjela, deserta… Sobe su uredne i čiste iako je namještaj nešto stariji i madraci poprilično istrošeni

Das Zimmer war dreckig. Nach Nachfragen haben wir ein neues Zimme bekommen. Im neuen Zimmer lies die Sauberkeit auch zu wünschen über. Frühstück war nicht so gustiös.

Dejligt hotel, det levede op til vores forventninger. Meget forskelligt at vælge imellem i buffet. Dejligt område og god service, gode senge, godt størrelse værelse med udsigt til havet. Hyggeligt med det lille turist tog der kører rundt i området. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt, das Hotel sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das einzige Manko war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Bad wurde während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und das waren immerhin 5 Nächte nicht einmal aufgewischt oder gesaugt. Es waren schon bei der Ankunft Haare drin. Es war auch staubig. Ich hatte ein Doppel gebucht und mein Mann wurde leider eine Tag vor dem Urlaub krank . Ich hab dann das Zimmer allein genutzt und musste trotzdem die gesamte Summe bezahlen auch das Frühstück. Aber ich hab den Urlaub sehr genossen . Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück, freundliches Personal, schöne gepflegte Anlage ....ich komme wieder hoffentlich das nächste Mal mit meinem Mann
