「Fantastic stay! From the front desk staff who greeted us with a smile and easy check-in, to the facilities ( all clean and well maintained)… the large room with extremely comfortable bed, in-room keurig/tea bar, mini-fridge, large bathroom with Dove products, to the fresh, well-stocked hot and cold breakfast with a lovely sitting area (inside or out), the complimentary parking, the little convenience store by the front desk, the lobby coffee bar, the pool and fitness area. 「our stay was excellent, we stayed 3 nights. hotel was clean , staff was helpful breakfast was a great addition to start the day. hotel is very well located. we visited sandbanks provincial park and it was beautiful. One great bonus was my son caught his first couple fish, right out back the property as it is on the lake. a small spot to fish, but had perch, smallmouth, rockbass and largemouth. we had a great family getaway!」

「This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. The indoor pool slide didn’t work, and the outdoor pool was freezing with no heater. The room was dirty, the bathtub was stained yellow, the closet had no rod or shelves, and there were spider webs everywhere. The balcony was filthy—we couldn’t even enjoy the beautiful view. There was no room service, staff rarely answered the phone, and we often had to hunt someone down for help. There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in...

「サンドバンクスビーチからは少し遠いけど、Heated pool、BBQ等もあり、ファミリーで快適に過ごさせてもらいました。ちょうど、友達家族と隣通しの部屋で、しかもそこから中庭のプールに直結だったため、朝起きればすぐにプールに入れるし、テラスから子供たちも見れるしで、プールが私たちだけで貸し切り状態を味わうことができました。そして、周りに何もないと聞いていたため、すべての食材を持ち込んで、共有で使えるキッチンに保存。朝食はついていましたが、昼食、夕食はそこでつくり、コテージ感覚ですごすことができます。閑散期？で利用者もすくなかったため、快適に過ごせたのかもしれませんが、設備等に不満はありません。ただ、この土地柄か、Ceptic Waterのため、水道水のにおいが気になり、子供たちにはその点のみが不評でした。」

「Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Everything you need in a hotel room was there for a quick stay. Breakfast can be improved: flat omelette didn't taste like real eggs and the flat sausage was all salt. Well located close to groceries and restaurants.」
