The hotel has been completely redone inside and is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The included breakfast was more than we hoped for, but I suggest getting it early. The hotel is quiet and the room was comfy.

The room was big and very clean. All the staff were so nice and helpful. They are all very welcoming and friendly. The room was always clean and very tidy. The breakfast was good . I’ll definitely go back again and I highly recommended . The hotel is very situated .

Nice staff. Very large room and clean but very small bathroom. Carpet are not ideal for high frequency hotel areas to remain clean. Breakfast pretty crowded but well organized. Coffee supply underestimated based on the breakfast frequency. Recharge twice in 30 min. Hotel flow to reach room in the back of the proprietary from outside, without elevator.

Clearly this hotel is well known by many going to Sandbanks because it was full. From check in to check out everything was seamless. The breakfast did not dissapoint. Lots of options and a nice place to sit and enjoy. Short drive to Sandbanks made this the perfect location. We are already planning coming back in a few weeks. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Front desk staff were fantastic and very friendly. Very impressed.
