For the most part, everything was great. The room was clean., quick check-in, staff was fine The only big disappointment was that the pool was closed, and there was no indication of that when I booked the room I’ve stayed here many times and do that because of the access to the pool. So that was a little disappointing.

The staff was amazing, but the room wasnt the greatest. Shower tub wouldnt drain, one of the double bed was broken, couple other small things but not worth mentioning. Besides that staff was great and beds were comfy and great location to amenities, also to add was restaurant alongside of hotel.

The room was old and sheets were dirty. No breakfast included. Gym’s machines were all broken. Pool closed. The front desk let kids run up and down the hallways banging on peoples doors all night long . When you ask for a room change or a discount, the front desk says no. There were six cars in the parking lot so I know they were not full.

The room was clean and comfortable , and the staff were very friendly and polite. The only issue I had was that it was not great having a shower in water up to your ankles. The pull up knob did not completely shut off the water to the tub. I did mention this to the front desk staff on checking out. Other than that, I would definitely feel comfortable staying here again.

Welcoming and friendly hotel.

Checked in to this hotel on our way to Ottawa, and found friendly staff welcoming us. We felt very safe and comfortable in this quick stop. Would recommend this place to friends.

Hotel is in a great location just off the highway and walking distance to homestead marketplace. The rooms are right out of the 90’s and could use some updating. That being said we found them quiet and reasonably priced for what it was.

Convenient location just off of the 401 Hwy, nice indoor pool, really great inhouse restaurant with reasonable prices and great daily specials, friendly and competent staff. However the room plumbing and bed need to be refreshed as bed was saggy and soft and bathroom fixtures and taps are very old and rusty but all working.
