「Large rooms, very clean, well maintained」

「Great place to stay. I wish the lake was more fishing friendly with more species of fish.」

「Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.」

「Fun place to stay, the coffee shop is great with excellent service. Our airstream unit was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Our only issue was the check out at 10:00 am. That is early, and we had assumed it to be at 11:00. (Our mistake!) At 10:01, someone was advising us we had to leave. He could have definitely been nicer about it and a little more accommodating; there were just a couple units occupied, we just wished that would have been handled differently.」

「Place is clean and staff is nice but the breakfast lady was late and I had been waiting for them to open so i could get on the road. Since she was late i just bought something to eat at circle K and hit the road. Dissapointed. 」

「check in took longer than expected. probably because there was only one staff member working the night.」

「This property is mediocre. The breakfast is tolerable, no more. Interesting enough, there is a restroom in the food area. That is very strange. No kitchen or prep area that I saw. Don't expect any service even trash pickup unless you are staying a minimum of three nights. Save your towels, you will need them. I expect you can do better for the money in Show Low.」

「Our room was clean and appeared to be updated. Everything was well cared for, the front and breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was fresh, with a variety of foods. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express. It’s excellent! 」

「Never been there in Show Low,AZ and had the opportunity to stay at Motel 6 for the night but was having a little trouble getting a ride to the airport, fortunately the owner/manager stepped up and volunteered in assisting me with this dilemma even though it was very early.
