"Our room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and looked newly updated. The indoor pool area was nice. The breakfast had a large number of selections. Our family enjoyed the diverse array of foods. And we noticed the Health Inspection rating was an "A" for the kitchen. The staff were all professional and courteous. We would definitely stay here again."

"When I first got there I spoke with a woman whom was very nice.so I left without checking my room.i return around 8 pm and realized the tv wasn't working.called down to front desk and he had the worst attitude about something that should be checked if they have the remote wrapped for sanitation purposes which is a plus..so I had to switch rooms that tv didn't work either called again he said he had to program remote didn't work after he programmed it my fiancee changed the tv with his hands .the rooms was clean.tho "

"Parking is convenient. Very minimal staff (only 2 people that I saw during my 1 night stay), but they seem nice. Beds are very comfortable and the linens are clean, but rooms are run down and smell like wet dog. Carpets could use a good shampooing to get out the lingering pet smells and the whole place needs new paint and general maintenance. The pool was out of service, as was the ice machine and the alarm clock was broken in our room. The toilet in the bathroom almosts rocks off the floor when you sit on it and the bathroom door handle is coming off. Unfortunately I woke up to a mess of ants crawling all over my luggage and I spent the morning shaking them out and removing them from my luggage. The staff seemed less than concerned about the ants, but I imagine if it's understaffed there's too many other things that need their attention."

"Very nice would definitely stay again. A few things - the primary back right mattress not great. The tub in that bathroom does not drain well, and could a pan to put biscuits or toast on in the oven. Minor stuff. Great property. "

"I enjoy my time but the $37 a day was a bit much I never did anything there but sleep I never even had a water there and ther take $37 a day for just sleeping. No one told me so and till the day I checked out "

"We had a good time at the Lake House at Lake Lucerne. The location was great for getting to Atlanta for a day trip and to Stone Mountain. The house came with enough amenities to feel at home. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom attached to each room. "

"The property was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen, however, was under stocked. For example there were five of us and only four forks. There was no dish cloths and one dish towel for a five day stay. The gas grille was nice but there was no tool to clean it before or after use, not even a piece of aluminum foil. The shower in the master bath may have an active leak in the ceiling. Over all, it was clean, spacious and the ping pong, Poole table and foosball were fun."
