"First off just want to say we had a nice stay. The room fit our needs very well. There were a few things that may need to be worked on in my opinion. Firstly, there was only one person at desk, no back up person. I came in and went to desk. The clerk was on the phone booking someone. I sat there and waited, maybe about 5 min for him to get finished. As he starting to help me, another call came in. He did put this one on hold. I would recommend that maybe on busy weekend nights that there be an additional person available to check persons in. Secondly, we got a "double room" , basically a rrom with adjoining room. It fit our need since we had 3 adults and 5 children. BBUUTTT there were only 2 sets of towels (sets meaning large towel, small towel and facecloth) with four beds that made no sense. I did call down and was given more towels. Still tho. Lastly, i am a rewards member and really didnt get the ammenaties that rewards members are supposed to get. Would have been nice to get the water and cookies listed on the placard when you walked in."

"The property has a great location between Sandpoint and CDA. This property is a bit older, but well maintained. Two issues for us were the bed being uncomfortable and the outlets could not hold a plug (worn out). Otherwise, this property offers a lot of fun amenities. Good value! Check out Nadine’s Mexican Kitchen in nearby Rathdrum."

"Great, cute place with clean, nice amenities and communal spaces! Great staff. Just fyi, a loud train passes by around midnight and like 5AM or so. Otherwise, very peaceful and quiet."

"Very clean, comfortable beds. Even though we were on the freeway side with the fan on we never heard any traffic or our neighbors. Spacious bathroom. Our family would stay here again. In fact I will look for more of these when traveling before other options in this price point. Thanks for fixing the booking error. We enjoyed our stay."

"The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel is going through some upgrades which is nice. It was a perfect spot to stop for the night to sleep and get back on the road. It was a utilitarian stop and it was fine!"

"The room was perfect...bed was comfortable and everything smelled so fresh and clean. The room was not too spacious, but for what we needed it served our stay well. We would definitely stay again if there comes a need to be in that beautiful area it sits in!"
