"First night room was clean but the bed was hard. When we came back a few night later we were in the family room and it was amazing. Bed was soft, kids loved the bunk bed and everything was clean."
"They gave you a voucher for breakfast to Denny's or $7 off your meal. Keep in mind you need to also be able to tip the waiter who serves you. If staying on the first floor you will smell the pool through the whole hall and the laundry room through half way through the hall. Very strong but once in the room you won't smell the chemicals. Started to get sick after the 2nd day after going to take a bath I noticed there was a ton of Black mold in the shower. The lights are so dim in the rooms so when I pulled out my flash light you can tell they dont clean very well at all. I would not recommend if you have allergies or health issues to stay here at all. They need to do better job with chemicals and to clean their rooms. When we checked out early I told the staff why and they acted like they knew and wouldn't talk about it."
"Window was broken in the room, room was pretty ghetto. Sheets looked clean though. I didnt even stay bc it was so bad. Refused refund. All well just won't stay again. For the money it shouldve been taken care of better"
"Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only negatives to our stay was the breakfast and the uncomfortable beds. Besides that everything was top notch."
"The front desk check in was so efficient (even using hotels.com to book), the beds and pillows were so comfortable, breakfast was good. Housekeeping was friendly and it was just a great stay, will stay again if in the area again!"
"I loved this place! There's so much stuff that comes with a room! The room itself was good, I got a 1 bedroom unit. It was clean, had dishes and silverware and glasses and a kitchen.
Outdoor basketball court, indoor basketball, squash, pickleball, racquet ball, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, game room, mini golf ($3 if you're staying at the resort). You can check out fishing rods!
When I'm back in the area I am DEFINITELY staying here!!"
"Beautiful boutique hotel!
I’ll definitely stay here again!
- There were a few notable things
- there’s no in-room coffee, but there’s community free coffee in the hallway. Note that it truly is just coffee- no tea or hot water for tea.
- There’s ice buckets in the room, but no ice machine - you’ll need to bring your bucket down through the bar to the front desk and ask for ice.
- The rooms are beautiful, understated, modern industrial. There are no full length mirrors though. I’ve stayed in 3 different rooms, and all the mirrors reflect from about my ribcage - up.
- The beds are ridiculously comfortable- the sheets are the softest I’ve ever experienced!
- The air conditioning units seem new, but are clearly problematic. In the 3 different rooms, the units either actively leaked down the wall or there was a stain on the wall from where it had leaked before.
- It’s not exactly quiet. You can definitely hear the activities below the rooms, whether it’s the bar (which closes pretty early, by 10 or 11), or the folks checking in for 8am tee times as this is a popular, active golf course. The window of quiet time is enough to get a full night sleep, but going to bed early or sleeping in isn’t an option if you’re a light sleeper.
- The staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and cared for.
- Oh, and the coffee shop downstairs has great gluten-free options that aren’t listed on their website."
