"Teh staff were friendly and helpful. Immediately upon booking I received a text message from the staff letting me know someone was there to help with any questions. checking in was easy and the hotel was very clean. The room, beds and bathroom were all clean and well kept.

"Very quaint and quiet. It is a very small town and everything closes early and there are no stores nearby so be prepared for that. I arrived late and hungry and was out of luck. "
"We had such a wonderful experience during our last minute overnight get away we decided to extend our stay for another night! We loved the peaceful serenity of the balcony view, the comfortable bed and pillows, the warm friendly hostess Lisa ( who by the way gave us all the recommendations for our meals) and the relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. Cookies in the afternoon and for breakfast plenty of coffee as well as muffins, yogurt, granola and other choices to satisfy a morning craving. We look forward to our next visit. "This was our first time to the Mt Snow area for hiking. My daughter and I enjoy finding hidden gems and wow this was amazing. We were only staying for the weekend, intending to hike in Jamaica and Wilmington. The hikes were great but our stay was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the room and accompaniments were top notch. View? 10/10. Food at Sawmill? 10/10. Pool? Relaxation? 10/10.

"I love staying at the Mountaineer. I stay there every time I go to Vermont. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Parking is very easy good location, central to many restaurants and other amenities. Very nice coffee bar beautiful pool for swimming. great atmosphere. Love the easy check-inprocess. Everything is digital no keys to worry about."
