「We recently stayed at Basecamp Resort in Revelstoke with a group of 16 people and, unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations. We had booked two units-one accommodating 10 people and the other 6-which seemed ideal for our group size. However, we were surprised to find that the property allows only one parking spot per unit, regardless of occupancy. This meant 16 guests were limited to just 2 parking spots, which was highly impractical and inconvenient, especially in a destination...

「The breakfast was good, the rooms were kept clean and the hotel was clean overall. The staff were really friendly and there is also a free Telsa charging port. The pool was small, but had a giant water slide. I would recommend this hotel for any family.」

「部屋自体は清潔で良かったのですが、コーヒーメーカー、冷蔵庫などの備えが無かったのが残念です。朝食も付いていませんでした。 立地が線路沿いにあり、夜中も列車の発着に音がうるさく感じました。 」

「Our room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was clean. Would return」

「客室は清潔で、使いやすかったです。スキーバックを3人分入れても十分に過ごせました。 フロントの女性は、私たちのつたない英語でも理解してアドバイスをしてくださったり、タクシー予約に協力してもらったりしました。 部屋の洗面台のシンクは少し使いにくい部分もありましたが、飲料として使うのは、フロント近くに設置されているウォーターサーバー？を使いました。 お湯も、フロントにお願いしてもらったりもしました。 朝食のビュッフェは卵と食パン、シリアルだけのシンプルなものなので、果物などを食べたい人は持ち込むといいと思います。」

「綺麗で部屋も広く快適でした。 朝食付きでワッフルを自分で焼けるので子供達も喜んでいました。 一階にリカーショップがあったので便利でした。」
