"Our family stayed here for 3 nights. The house and the grounds have been well taken care of and were more than comfortable. Please note in order to sleep 10 people, a queen air mattress (provided) is required and one person on the sofa. The hostess, Heather, was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Great family stay with an amazing river viewWe really enjoyed our time at this cabin in Seminary. The standout feature of this location is it sits right on the banks of the Okatoma River, and having a direct view of the waterfall from the front porch was a nice bonus. We spent a lot of our time down at the waterfall getting to watch the kayakers wipe out while trying to take on the rapids & kids catch a nice haul of bass at/under the waterfall. Even though the cabin is tucked away from anyone else, it still has a dollar general within 5 minutes, large gas station 10 minutes and downtown Hattiesburg 25 minutes.The two bedrooms are a good size, and the large loft was perfect for giving the kids their own space to sleep. It has all the practical things you need, like central AC, washer and dryer, pots/pans, utensils, towels, gas gril, and etc.Between the walking trails, fishing, and swimming, there was plenty to keep everyone occupied outside. The kids especially loved kayaking down the waterfall, which was the highlight of their trip! It is a comfortable, scenic spot for a family looking to get away for a few days. We will book again when we plan another trip to Seminary. Also, the host was very quick to respond to any questions had. Overall great experience"

"This was a perfect home for an extended weekend with our best friends. The house is so cute, private, and very peaceful. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Caught some fish in the lake and had a great time relaxing!!!"

"This is the perfect place to getaway from everything. Super clean and well maintained. Furniture is a little outdated but still comfortable. With the way people treat other peoples property I can understand. The bed was comfortable and sleeps good. The a/c work very good never had to turn below 72. We've stay here a couple times, we're very pleased both times. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing time. The kitchen is fully equipped plus some, like things that you might have forgotten like shampoo, soap, aluminum foil, cooking oil, seasoning, etc. Outside is well maintained, even with all the rain it was still well maintained. There's a few outdoor games dart and cornhole. The lighted carport under the house is great place to play games or just gather around. I like that there is no wifi. Like the sign said, "No Wifi talk with each other." The only one thing is that the BBQ pit needs to be updated. It good for slow cooking but not grilling steaks."
