"Man, we love this place! It’s a block behind Margaritaville, so no water view, but within another dozen steps, you’re transported to the most beautiful beach at literally half the price. 100% book this hotel - you won’t be sorry!! If you’re into the bar scene, this place is Party Central. If you’re not, ask for the quiet side and you’ll have absolutely no clue that people are downstairs living their best life. My *only* complaint is that year #1, my unit had a stove. Year number 2, I arrived, was told I received a free room upgrade. (Yay!). Had a bedroom separate from the Living Room - on the “quiet side” of the property, which was great — but No stove! :( While I wish that would’ve been disclosed, it certainly wasn’t a dealbreaker. I will continue to come here year after year. Truly heaven on Earth."

"This home was a perfect setup for 3 families with teenage kids. The pool was a reasonable size for a Gulf-front property but note that there is no ground-level bathroom. The house is equipped with most things that you need - the beach chairs, cooler, and wine fridge were a bonus! Note: For those who will be feeding a large crew, the only full refrigerator/freezer is counter-depth, and space can and will fill up pretty quickly. An extra full fridge would come in handy (something for a rental home this size is standard).We were unable to utilize the well-equipped basement-level game room as it was too hot with a lack of cooling to this space.This home was an ideal setup for three families with teenage kids. The pool was a reasonable size for a Gulf-front property, but please note that there is no bathroom on the ground level. The house is equipped with most of the essentials you need—beach chairs, a cooler, and a wine fridge were great bonuses! However, if you plan on feeding a large group, be aware that the only full refrigerator is counter-depth, so space can fill up quickly. An additional full fridge would be helpful, especially for a rental home of this size, as We did have to call maintenance for a few things, and their team was very responsive and worked diligently to address our concerns; however, they were not able to resolve the main level a/c (The house wouldn't cool below 75 degrees), and the ice maker would not produce ice. Overall, a great vacation!"

"This property was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children). Spacious enough to provide everyone with their own private space to escape yet homey enough for quality family time. We especially enjoyed the pool area and its view of the beach. Plenty of beach equipment was there when we arrived which was appreciated since we flew into town. Highly recommend this property!We did not have any issues with cleanliness or mechanics while we were there. The few things that did come up were minor and due to our misunderstanding of instructions for use. Calls were responded to quickly and courteously."

"This house was a great choice for our family gathering to celebrate a birthday! There was plenty of room for everyone and all but one bedroom had a bathroom in it. There’s an additional bathroom in the common area of the 3ed floor. The kitchen was very well equipped as we were able to cook several meals with ease. The elevator came in handy for my 88yr old mom and she was able to operate it easily. A short walk to the beach with many beach accessories available for use. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this vacation home and hope to return!"
