  • 1200 square foot air-conditioned custom designed house. Perched on a ridge above Berry Pond with 200 feet of shore front. A canoe and two kayaks are waiting for you at water's edge.
    The house accommodates four. There is a full size bed and a twin bed in the four season sun room. The sun room hasremote control blackout shades on all all the windows and on the french doors leading to the living room.
    Guests have access to the entire house.

    1200 square foot air-conditioned custom designed house. Perched on a ridge above Berry Pond (wildlife sanctuary) with 200 feet of shore front. A canoe and two kayaks are waiting for you at water's edge. The Old Country Store and the town'saward winning library are a 300 yard walk away.
