「Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids).We loved being just a short walk from the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub.The location was convenient—right off routes 3 and 93, and only about 10 minutes from Woodstock, Lincoln, and lots of local attractions. 「Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...

We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips.
