「The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna.」

「Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und noch mehr, als ob man in eigenes Ferienhaus gekommen wäre. Die Küche mehr als genug ausgestattet. Wäsche und Küchentücher, Tischdecken u.s.w. reichlich vorhanden. Das Grundstück komplett umzäunt. Unserer kleiner Hund hat sich sehr voll gefüllt. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit falls was wäre und stets telefonisch erreichbar aber wir hatten keinen Grund sie zu bemühen....

「The villa is exactly as advertised. The staff is attentive and proactive. The restaurants serve a variety of well prepared dishes. Only con...we had multi people everyday trying the doors, looking thru the windows of the condo and using the private pool.」

「Die Beschreibung passt genau, der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, so kann man auch an besonders heißen Tagen - wir hatten bis zu 38 Grad - gut schlafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto 15 Minuten. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen」

「Wir (4 Familien) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der herrschaftlichen Villa mit grandiosem Rundumblick am Fuße des Apennins. Wegen der hügeligen Gegend und den vielen kleineren Straßen optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Rad/MTB Touren. Ebenso kann man es sich im/am großen Pool gut gehen lassen oder auch einen Abstecher nach Parma machen. Einfach perfekt!」

「ボローニャの中心街やイータリーFICOなどのショッピングエリアにも近く、駐車スペースも広々としていて大変便利ながら、プールやキャンピングスペースもあって、子供連れの旅行にはピッタリだった。部屋にWi-Fiが無かったのは残念だったが、また利用したい。」

「You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...
