"Great hotel if you want a local experience. We arrived at 8pm and dinner was available until 10pm in a "biergarten" setting. Really enjoyed our stay!"
"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.

"Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay."
"Hotel was clean however was brand new, continental breakfast was a bit off a let down, didnt think there was much of an option, couldnt even get a bit of toast even thought toast machine were there but werent allowed to use..
Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."

"The room was very clean, service was excellent. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the train/metro station. Going to downtown using metro inside the train station may be faster than using taxis or Uber and certainly much cheaper. I’ll book this hotel when I am back to Vienna."
"Had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was close enough to the city but also far enough away from the noise and busy city. Very close to the train station that easily connected us to all major attractions! I would definitely stay here again!! "
