This cozy chic 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, home offers plenty of reasons for you to just stay in. It is very tastefully decorated and the perfect place for your small family, or perhaps two couples, to share a relaxing getaway. The glass enclosed living room, with an extensive ocean view and fireplace, expands into a spacious, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen offering plenty of room for cooking, conversation, and entertainment. Max 2 dog limit in this home. New table on the deck to enjoy your meals in the ocean air. There is no garage access to this home. There are lots of stairs going into house and a few stairs inside home , so if you can not do stairs , this home won’t work for you.
The Space:
The "Master Bedroom" offers a king size bed, flat screen TV & electric fireplace. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with a Queen sized bed, television & additional electric fireplace. You will also find a twin sized pullout in the living room suitable for a child.
A large- over 500 sq feet- furnished, outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. BBQ your evening meal with a beautiful view of Morro Rock and the coast line. This home also includes a small fenced area for your dog to laze away the afternoon.
Guest Access:
On day of arrival you will be given lock box code for self check in. this is also where you will return key when you check out. No smoking on or around the property. Check out is no later then 11 am please message host when you depart.

Kitchen cabinet was missing a door and two drawers cleanliness was less than perfect.The property has an elevator but is not available for use by tenants, we had to go up and down 30 steps multiple times to load and unload our personal belongings.Check- in was fairly easy with no hassle. 1 key was provided Bbq grill newView of ocean good

Large, comfortable house. Well stocked with pots, dishes, spices, etc. Good location and view of the ocean and the rock, large deck, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Very dog friendly, which is why we picked it. We enjoyed our stay. A few caveats; place needs a refresh, paint peeling, missing cabinet doors, disposal doesn't work, outside lighting on steep deck was out.

This was our 3rd stay at this cozy home. The house is always clean and ready when we arrive for our vacation. We never get tired of seeing the gorgeous ocean view from the deck, living room and primary bedroom. This was the first time our grandson staying in this home and he loved it. Don and Shari always make sure their guests have a comfortable stay, including the fur babies.

Relaxing getaway
The spacious and open living room gave views to the rock. Enjoyed playing games out on the big patio. Love the layout of the kitchen and the bedrooms. Plenty of space for all.

Great views
Property was great for two couples with ample privacy for both. We did not bring dogs with us but noted that it was set up great for bring your fur baby. The driveway was alittle steep so one car was on the street out of our two. Overall would definetly return. Morro Bay is a great location for seeing the central coast.

We really enjoy this house; it's not in town but close to everything. Also not far from the beaches. Well stocked, great kitchen and the VIEW is spectaluar! Yes there are stairs but not inside the house. very comfortable.Our dog loves it there; she gets lots of walks!

Easter getaway
This is our 4th time staying at this home. It’s perfect every time. It’s become a tradition to come here during spring break. The area is quiet, the home is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view. We will be back in the summer!

Wonderful home!
We just left Morro Bay and enjoyed your home so much! I went with my husband, a friend, and our 2 dogs.. The house was clean, perfect for dogs, and has an amazing view! We will definitely stay here again when we return!

We spent almost a week here and had a lovely stay. The beds are very comfortable. House was clean. Needs a little updating but overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Roomy House in Great Neighborhood
The house had plenty of room for two couples and two small dogs, and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, close to the main part of Morro Bay, and the neighbors are friendly. Also, Sheri at the property management co. was very helpful.

Ok, not great
Great location, nice house, well equipped. Housekeeping deficient: cobwebs in skylights, cleanser residue around master bath sink facet, no soap other than liquid hand soap, no Kleenex, several burned out lightbulbs. No garage access and extremely steep, short driveway. Not ADA compliant, lots of stairs to get to entry door.
