「Everything was great except the lousy collapsed mattress. Hotels have one job and the bed is part of it. Everything else was great.」

However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours.
