モーペスの ゲストハウス

「The room i received was an attic type room, very small and compact. Was ok for weekend stay but would have been terrible for longer. Room was clean and tidy cant fault that, the staff were amazing, very polite, very helpful. Limited onsite parking but wasnt busy so had parking all the time, there is street parking next to hotel too. From what I saw there was a kebab house, Chinese takeaway and a decent sized Asda store all within 5mins walk, main town, shopping and stadium less than 10mins drive...

「Lovely property well located in the centre of Tynemouth. Host is so helpful, comfortable rooms and beds and the breakfast is amazing.」

「Such a lovely overnight stay, we were in the area to attend an evening wedding reception. Very clean, great location & superb breakfast & Michael was so welcoming & helpful with the area & directions. Would recommend.」

「Excellent」

「Evening meal was good quality but breakfast is basic. Make sure you have a key to access the pub after hours!」

「It was very cold and windy the two nights I was there, and the first night the heater wasn’t working. But they provided a space heater and also fixed the radiator heater in my room. They were very accommodating, and all the staff was helpful.」

「Staying here was amazing. The room was just what I needed for my one night stay in Durham. The bus stop wasn’t far away and was very easy to get into the city center. I arrived a little bit early and they didn’t even flinch to get me into my room. Highly recommend!」

「Check in was not good. I traveled from a different country and needed wifi to get a code. I had to drive 5 miles to get to a friend to call the owners. The owners were in and out of service so they could only text. When i finally got the proper code. It was 5 flights of steep stairs. It should have been told how many flights of stairs to go with a large suitcase.」

「アルニック城周辺の朝の散策が良かった。川沿いはお勧めです。」

「客室は清潔に清掃されていた。何といっても対応してくれた全てのスタッフが笑顔で親切だった。レストランで食事をして、大変満足した。」

「Ideal for brief stopover. Good clear access instructions received」

「A beautiful guest house in a fantastic location. I received a very warm welcome, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall stay offered great value for money. Highly recommended!」

「The only thing going for this place was the central location, near to historic sites and restaurants. The faults were many. It was advertised as a B&B, but breakfasts had ceased in June of this year. the room was shabby and claustrophobic. dust and grime were apparent throughout. the shower room was cramped and mould was apparent. The shower hose and head were caked in mould. no hot water available. the room suffered from dampness and subsequently our clothes were damp after hanging in the...

「Stayed one night ahead of a day in Durham. Easy access to the town, good food and room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent B&B」

「Colin and Lisa were superb and friendly hosts and the stay was not only comfortable and clean, but also aesthetically pleasing. The breakfasts were well prepared according to taste. We were delighted with our two nights' stay there and will hopefully return soon.」
