「Great Ocean Roadへのドライブ帰りに一泊しました。夕方の到着でしたが、スタッフの気配りに満ちた親切な対応が素晴らしかった。部屋も広く清潔。バスルームもきれいで満足でした。夕食もレストランで楽しみました。ちょうどピザナイト?で、とても美味しいピザを楽しめました。 妻は、ゴルフコースを眺めながらの朝食を楽しめ、エッグベネディクトがとっても美味しかったとの事です。 ゴルフショップのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。初めてのコースでほぼトップスタートでしたが、フェアウェイにカンガルーが沢山いるコースをエンジョイできました。 隣接するビーチもTorquayの街も穏やかですてきなところです。」

「Checked in at 15:30 Christmas Eve but couldn’t find the entrance to start with!!! There was no big sign and because it’s off the highway you don’t notice it as well. The very nice lady at the counter was a pleasure to speak to. Clean and tidy 」

「Excellent. Greeted by lovely friendly and welcoming lady owner who was very kind and accommodating. Large spacious car park out the front of your room. Room spacious, spotless, very clean and comfortable. Lovely chairs and table where you can sit at the front of the unit, and chairs and table where you can sit at the back of your unit. Lovely area to sit outside while relaxing, surrounding gardens beautiful, neat and tidy. Short walk to RSL.Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much...

「研究の学会で、Denkin大学に来たので、歩いて行ける当ホテルをとった。海辺を歩いて7-8分で大学に着いたが、大学のどこで学会があるのか、細かい配慮がなかった：ホテルには関係ないが・・・。 清潔感、合理性、水道水は飲める、など快適であった。宿泊者はカードで３Fから出られた。部屋が3Fにあるので便利であった。ただし、その説明はなされなかったので、出口に気づいたのは、1泊終えてからだった。3Fの出口から、大きなスーパーに簡単に行けた。ただし、スーパーの入り口に気づくまで、1日はかかった。プールがあったらしいが、よくわからなかった。ホテルで教えてくれれば、と思うが、海外では、仕方ない。 　部屋の設備、広さ、ベッド、バスタブなど、設備は充実していた。無線LANの応答は、やや遅いと感じた。」
