"There was no stay. After paying up-front for the room and I phoned in the afternoon to say I was at a dining function and I would be late. So beautiful but so poorly Managed
"Check in was bad and the welcome not good due to us booking on hotels.com and the manager did not know how to claim the free nights I had and booked for it. Then she tried to tell us we had to pay and later came to sort of apologize but just not a good reception Management is really bad at your property ..."
