Quality for the price

Stay was great, property is a little dated but clean and comfortable. We did have some minor trouble with bed slats but all in all a very pleasant and fun trip.

Place was very well kept. Only issues were how the parking is set up and when it rained the front steps were very slippery due to algae build up .

Stuck in the 70s?

Roomy unit that comfortably fit our family. The unit and entire facility is very dated. There were many bugs (spiders and bees) in the unit. Indoor pool was pretty nice.

Decent Hotel with Dated Rooms

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it has never exceeded my expectations. The pros; safe environment, friendly staff, nice neighborhood and good food. The cons; the facility is dated which comes with a multitude of issues from cracked paint to musty smells. This particular stay was in the condos. The condo is large and spacious. It was very clean with nice furniture. However, it was so loud that a good nights rest was impossible. The upstairs ceiling fan was incredibly loud throughout the entire rental. The next morning we discussed how loud it was and how little we slept. After turning the fan off it was quieter, then another mechanical noise started to roar. We could not locate that noise. I did let the front desk know at checkout and the clerk apologized for the inconvenience.

The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call to figure out what they meant. Just some areas to improve. I do like the layout and room space though. We will be back.

Visiting WVU, so only really slept there. Comfortable but interior needs updates. It was fine since we were just using it to sleep there. Sleeps 5 comfortably and sheets and towels included

Ehh…

Showers missing knobs. Very dated. No wifi. Couldn’t get ahold of hoa for help. Dead bugs laying around. Holes in towels. Will stay else where next time.
