HOUSE RULES

• No smoking 🚭 – Smoking inside the property will result in an automatic $400 fine.
• No parties or large gatherings – To respect our neighbors and keep the space enjoyable for all guests.
• Quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Pet-friendly 🐾 – 1 pet max, small fee applies. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet.
• Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed.

Please note: because of our prime downtown location, you may experience a bit more city noise than usual, especially on weekends when the area is most vibrant. Many guests find it part of the authentic urban experience, but we want you to be aware before booking.

The apt. Was very clean, the perfect size to stay in for a college tour with my daughter. It was in a perfect location in the center of a shopping/restaurant part of the city. The host answered me right away. I would definitely recommend this apt.
