"We liked the location , but a car is necessary. It is better to visit a larger number of beaches and choose the one that suits you. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The downside of the coin are mosquitoes, there are countless , and do not respond to pills. "

"Séjour en hiver, un peu court pour s’habituer au lieu (fonctionnement du chauffage). Attention : les lits sont en 1/ en 180 et 2/ en 90 et plutôt pour enfants car trop peu de hauteur entre les 2 lits ! 3/ le canapé en 100. Il faut prévoir les draps en fonction… L’été, ce logement doit être merveilleux. Excellent échange avec propriétaire."

"Casa accogliente,forse un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una buona vacanza in famiglia. La vista, il luogo e lo spazio esterno attrezzato danno sicuramente un valore in più alla struttura. Qualche problema con le zanzare. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia del cotoncello che si raggiunge in 10min, spiaggia da cui poi seguendo il passaggio sulla costa si può raggiungere quella più attrezzata di S.Andrea."

"Schöne Wohnung für alle, die gerne Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Wir haben vor allem die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genossen. Mehrere schöne Wanderungen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Meer sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Ansonsten gibt es noch einige schöne Strände, die in ca. 15-30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Kleinere Einkäufe und die morgendlichen Brötchen kann man bei Renato im Ort kaufen, der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt erreichbar."

"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"Wie oben beschrieben, alles mit 5 von 5 Sternen bewertet. Francesco und sein Vater Vorort sind immer tolle Anprechpartner. Pomonte ein ruhiger Ort mit kleinen schönen Stränden, tolle Bäckerei gleich bei der Ferienwohnung und 2 Bars. Vielen Dank war richtig schön!!!!"

"La résidence est très bien située : au calme, en haut d'une colline. Le grand atout est la très belle piscine, avec vue sur les montagnes. Il y a aussi des emplacements à l'extérieur où on peut s'installer à l'ombre sur des fauteuils. Résidence très propre et bien entretenue. Appartement fonctionnel et propre. Le seul défaut est le fait que, quand vous êtes dans l'appartement, il n'y a aucune vue vers l'extérieur. La terrasse a été coupée en 2 sur sa longueur. La partie de la terrasse qui donne...

"Rigtig fin lejlighed med god plads og en fantastisk udsigt over havet. Vi blev dog temmelig overraskede over, at det kostede 29 EUR pr. dag for 2 liggestole + parasol! Stor ekstra omkostning, som vi ikke kunne se omtalt noget sted. Man skal bruge bil for at komme til lejlighederne - det tager ca. 10 minutter at komme til Porto Azurro. Hyggelig havneby med indkøbs- og spisemuligheder."

"The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "

"Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. "

"Beautiful location & friendly staff. Lots of ants that crawled up our legs during breakfast & laying by the pool. Also had them in our rooms. My daughter was bitten badly but not sure if it was the ants or if it was mosquitoes which isn’t really the hotel’s fault or issue. "
