"Great apartment, lots of space and nice location. Easy access and clear information. Some of the apartment is a little bit outdated, such as the fridge that does not close properly.Cleaning was okay, however there still was dust on several places, such as floorboard in the kitchen and under the sofa. Nevertheless, these are small items. We had a very nice stay!"

"The apartment is perfectly situated, close to the centre of Chatel, only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, the main gondela and chairlifts by Lac Vonnes. The apartment itself was very well equipped, everything you need and very comfortable. We did go out for dinner and drinks some evenings, but also enjoyed staying in and cooking our own meals on a few occasions. Really easy to get to by car and having a safe underground parking space was a bonus too. Would absolutely stay again if we return to the Portes de Soleil."

"Beautiful clean, spaceous room with towels, robes & slippers. The spa was lovely too. We did not use the restaurant & were disappointed that the bar closed so early (21.45). We did not have breakfast as we yhyit was much too expensive at €20pppn."

"We had a great stay. Well equipped. Warm and comfortable. Hot tub popular with the family after skiing. And Lousie the manager helped us out when we had a car problem at the end of our stay. Would love to stay again!"
