「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Easy check in upon arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was a solo traveller and booked bed and breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, I like a cold room and was pleased I could make it very cool. Used the sheet on the first night and the duvet after that which was in the wardrobe with spare pillows but I had plenty on my huge bed. 「Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place.」

「La chambre était à peu prêt propre. Les toilettes coulaient ce qui faisait du bruit et la pomme de douche n’avait plus de caoutchouc il fallait donc mettre l’eau à fond pour avoir des jets d’eau. Au niveau de la cuisine, les repas étaient à 90% identique chaque jour. On aurait aimé des choses un peu différentes chaque jour. Les consommations sont vraiment dans des prix raisonnables. Le personnel est aux petits soins et est Vraiment agréable. C’est le point positif du sejour」

「Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Only issues were the pool areas are way over crowded so unless you are there at opening time you won’t get a space and if you do your packed in like sardines. The check in and check out process took way too long and felt complicated. The gym was great but had no AC which made it uncomfortable to train.」
