This stylish villa with a private pool on Cumbre del Sol, Costa Blanca, offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the Mediterranean Sea.



The beautiful property is fully equipped and features a well-maintained interior. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large dining area with a bar.



Large sliding doors in the dining room lead you to the terrace with a private pool and outdoor shower. On the terrace, you'll find a true Spanish "naya," a covered area attached to the house. Here you can relax in the shade in a cozy seating area while enjoying views of the pool and sea.



In the garden, there is a barbecue and dining table, which you may use as long as you leave them clean.



The pool can be heated during the winter months; this service is available for an extra fee.



Cumbre del Sol, meaning "plateau of the sun," is located in the sun-drenched region between Moraira and Javea at the easternmost point of the Costa Blanca. Within 10 minutes by car, you can reach romantic Moraira or lively Javea.

Fantastic villa beautiful place we had a blast thanks

Pros: Host is really helpful..Checkin was straight forward pool was great for the kids and adults very clean with everything you needed available at hand beautiful beaches just around the corner

Huset

Pros: Huset i seg selv var veldig bra. Cons: Soverommet i kjelleren var ikke beboerlig. Det bar preg av at det var kjeller med mye fuktig og vond lukt. Kunne ikke brukes. Heldigvis var vi bare 8 persjoner, så da slapp vi å bruke rommet i kjelleren. Det burde opplyses om at man trenger bil. Rommet rett innenfor inngangsdøra burde det ha vært en gulvvifte da det ikke var noe aircondition. Ellers er vi veldig fornøyde.

Fantastisch

Pros: Deze accommodatie is echt fantastisch. Wij hebben genoten van de rust, de vrijheid, de mooie villa, het zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht. De eigenaresse en de keyholder waren heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Bij vragen krijg je snel een reactie op een prettige manier. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon, wij voelden ons direct thuis.

Mooie woning, voorzien van alle gemakken (zeker in de keuken). Het uitzicht is hier echt geweldig.

Pros: Mooie woning, voorzien van alle gemakken (zeker in de keuken). Het uitzicht is hier echt geweldig. Wij waren maar met ons 2 , maar ook voor 8 personen is het hier super. Wij hebben een topvakantie gehad en komen zeer graag terug!
