The space

This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, with a spacious open layout that includes the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. The river can be seen from the all spaces in the main area. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer; and a gym with an elliptical, total gym, small tv and a yoga mat. The fourth bedroom is combined into a playroom and tv room with two sets of bunk beds. The house has outdoor decks facing the river on both levels. It has a hot tub and an outdoor shower (weather permitting). There is an outdoor dining area with a grill that gives guests great views of the river and comfortable shade for sunny days. There is also an assortment of board and card games to enjoy.

Access to the river: There is direct access to the river from the backyard of the property. However, access is difficult and requires climbing down a few medium-to-large sized rocks. There is a public river access site a short distance from the house (1-2 minutes).
Guest access
Guests at the River House can access the entire property with the exception of the owners closets located in the gym and in the downstairs hallway. These closets are locked with an electronic key lock. All of the property associated with this house is to be used exclusively on premises and not to be removed.
