We had food and drinks in the restaurant , high quality ingredients and very tasty. Perfect location too with bus stop literally in front of the hotel. We came here for my birthday and the hotel manager arranged for a complimentary bottle of cava and a cake to be left room, was such a lovely suprise. Shame so few hotels bother with these small gestures anymore, they really go a long way and make you feel special. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay in Seville this is the place for you. "

"**DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK** I was really excited about my first trip to Spain. I was there for a conference, but my experience at this hotel was derailed the moment I interacted with the front desk staff on Wednesday at about 10:30 AM (3/5). I had made a mistake with my reservation. I thought I had booked a room with three beds because there was an extra person traveling with me. When I realized the confusion, I tried to correct it and agreed to pay any additional fee if needed. However, I was confused because it seemed like they wanted to charge me per day for a bed that I believed I had already paid for. There was clearly a language barrier. I do not speak Spanish well, and the employee assisting me did not speak English very well. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, she became visibly upset and rude. She rolled her eyes, refused to get a manager when I asked, and even laughed in my face while standing with three other employees. No one corrected her behavior. We had just arrived after a 10-hour flight and asked about early check-in. She said no, yet I watched several other people with suitcases get checked in and go to their rooms while we had to wait until 2 PM. I was also not allowed to complete my transaction and receive my room key later. Another gentleman later helped me finish the process once I was finally able to get to my room. During payment, I asked if I should pay in euros or American dollars. The agent assisting me was unsure "

"Hotel que necesita mantenimiento por fuera y por dentro. No tiene ascensor (ni siquiera una pequeña rampa en la entrada). El desayuno es regular: la calidad de los embutidos es bastante baja, hay cubiertos y tazas sucias (algunas MUY sucias). Y no cuidan los detalles: no hay agua, no encienden la tostadora de pan... Las habitaciones están muy mal insonorizadas y hace frío (el AC/calefacción no llega a calentar). El hotel está muy apartado de todo, es poco práctico. La wifi va lenta. "

For example: Mould on outside walls of both bedroom and living room, electrical socket in living room not secure, dustbin does not attach as it should, toilet roll holder fails on every use, balcony door handles are lose which compromises security, the light switch over the hob is broken, sofa unusable as a bed because the structure is bent, the top shelf in wardrobe was missing a peg and fell on my head and the curtains easily come off the end of track even when pulled gently. "
