"Room was great but more importantly staff was extremely courteous and helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable and memorable ! We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor with partial lake view which was spectacular. You need to climb 2 storeys to reach here but the room was definitely worth it. The area was very central to everything- grocery stores, buses and the Freddy Mercury statue! The hotel also provided us a Montreux Riviera Card with several discounts and free local transport.
