I think it was just the time of year with the Jazz festival and time of week on the weekend but this was quite an expensive hotel stay. I think it would have been nice to at least include a fan in the room for that price. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was good.

A beautiful old hotel with lots of charm and such stunning views! The family sized rooms were perfect for our group of 7. Lots of room for everyone.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Extremely convenient to Chateau de Chillon and Montreux. Delicious dinner and nice breakfast as well. Parking onsite.

Beautiful restored period hotel. Excellent breakfast provided. Given Montreux card which provided free bus transportation which was nearby and discounts on tourist attractions. Helpful staff. Walk to Chillon Castle was 5-10 minutes.

In a quiet part of town with easy access to train if you want to go to the center of town. Beautiful views and many options to enjoy them from…loved the bar and dining on site. Staff very helpful from storing luggage and providing recommendations for sights to visit. Castle down the way (Chillon) provided an amazing tour.

This is a lovely old fashioned hotel, with beautiful views , the bar, lounge gardens and restaurant are delightful. It is a steep walk up the hill to get to it if using public transport however. The staff are universally helpful, kind and charming.

Bel Epoque Charmer

Perfect location for visiting Chillon Castle. And the hotel itself is full of history, retaining its bel epoque charm. Loved it! Their special 4 course dinner is completely worth it. One warning though... use the bus or taxi to get there. Otherwise you are hoofing it up a super steep hill to reach the hotel.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. older generation might like to stay here as it bringing out some nostalgia but for younger folks it might be a disappointment. Needs modern bed mattress to have a good sleep, very disappointing because I hardly able to fall asleep.
