A lovely little hotel placed in a fantastic area of the city. Lots of shops and varied restaurants are within a few kilometres, and it’s a very walkable area. The staff are lovely.

The price and location were great and staff were friendly and helpful. The four flights of stairs we had to climb to get to our room were quite steep, and would have been impossible for someone with mobility issues.
Considering the price, it’s a good option. The room is small, but the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very clean and recently renovated. Overall, the place is tidy, though there are a few areas that could be improved, especially the small shared kitchen, which feels a bit cluttered and messy.
If you’re looking for something affordable and comfortable, this is a great choice. It’s perfect if you just need a place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time there.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and closeness to tourist attractions. The heat doesn’t work well enough to keep one warm in winter. The bathroom was especially freezing. There is no hand wash and no tissue box. The room was dingy and the lobby smells weird. I didn’t see a hairdryer either. As a bare minimum they should have heat and tissues.
Old property, very minimal offerings, but clean and in good location, the cost of over $500 per night is crazy for a rated 2 star room, but it was F1 weekend!!
The reception staff/customer service were very helpful and welcoming. They communicated in good English and answered all our questions. I would gladly stay there again.

Don't expect the same level of comfort, service, and amenities as a 4-star hotel at a 2-star hotel. Everything is predictable and in line with the price in this part of the city. I wasn't prepared for the $100 deposit. But nothing unusual here either. The hairdryer in the room burned out during my stay—they gave me a replacement without any problems. The stairs are steep, but nothing to worry about. Overall, I recommend this hotel!
It's in the Latin Quarter. Its got basics like tv, wifi, minifridge, central heating, shower, desk. Stuff works. If you want a modest place to stay for a good price it's fine.
As I booked last minute this was one of the only hotels around the centre cheap enough(still not cheap) and ok to book. It was fine for what I needed. The owners were friendly and the room was ok with a bath which was nice. The bed wasn't that good and the wifi was slow at times but it's clean and a good location for a few days in Montreal.

Property was clean. Rooms were plain but clean. Stairs and hallways narrow. Understood that breakfast was provided, but it wasn't.

Very good location for Berri AQAM station. Place in no frills but adequate for sleeping in the city to do other things in day. Very safe. Very competent check in/out. I dont have alot of needs so no problem. No elevator but great exercise using stairs. Was very expensive due to F1 weekend.
This is the first time staying at this place. Seems like it was family run (which is nice) and they were friendly and helpful.
The room was large and clean. There was a problem with one of the beds but I used the other so it was okay.
The one real issue I had (that is out of their control) was that the walls were super thin, I could hear the people in the room next door talking/coughing and I feel bad for them cuz I snore really loud... so hopefully I didn't affect their stay.
Overall, great experience and worth the money!
