The room assigned to me was not what I’ve booked, and walking up five floors of stairs with 20 kg luggage was not fun. However, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and not far from the Metro.

The dorm was great, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is since it is downtown finding parking was hard especially if you're in Montreal for first time and don't speak french

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful building, easy walk to long term parking, easy walk to lots of fun places. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent. The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Highly recommend the private rooms for the perfect balance of comfort/community. Would stay here over a hotel, and would definitely come back again with friends and family.
