The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "This hotel room was magical! Loved the double doors going to the balcony that overlooked Lake Geneva! Spacious, clean, comfortable, well thought out room that just couldn’t be better! The decor was beautiful and the lobby is just breathtaking! Staff were amazing and treated us very well! The food for breakfast was lovely and the outdoor seating was amazing for breakfast and the bar (which we ate at mostly) We found the food in the main dining room a little expensive (especially with the Canadian exchange rate) but in line with most of Switzerland! The beautiful promenade to Chillon Castle is right off the back patio! We utilized our Montreux Riviera card for the museums and transportation to Vevey which we were very appreciative to have! What a beautiful stay in a beautiful city! Thanks for a wonderful memory!"

"Couple on vacation, 3 Nights in Montreux. Great location on Lake Geneva, paid up for a corner unit directly on the water. Breakfast was not cheap (30 CHF), but was IMO worth the money, with assortment of meats, cheeses, made to order eggs, etc. Property is 5 min. from the train station, and bus stops a block away, so very easy access. Area felt very safe to us, would stay again. Note that the property is typical European, but had all we needed and was clean and fairly well maintained."

"Sadly this hotel is disappointing in so many ways. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. Pillows are poor quality, lots of basic maintenance and lacking in characters, atmosphere and care. Please do not be attracted by the views - which are great - but the quality of the hotel is low and I would avoid, despite the views as you will be disappointed."
