Interior:
Casa La Pratellaccia covers an area of approximately 270 square meters, distributed over two floors connected by a narrow internal spiral staircase as well as external stairs. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance with cloakroom; lounge - dining room - kitchen with fireplace (ornamental); room with TV and sofa that can be converted into a double bed; bathroom with shower (no bidet); laundry room. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom; a bathroom with shower; a bathroom with tub. Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the first floor.
Park:
The property covers an area of about 15,000 sqm of unfenced terrain, of which 5,000 sqm is the pertaining garden consisting of large areas of natural lawn that follow the natural slope of the land. A gravel driveway leads to the house and the parking area, located under a gazebo. Communicating with the living area of the house is a tiled area where a lounge and outdoor dining area have been set up, shaded by a canopy. Adjacent to this area is a bed of aromatic herbs. On the opposite side of the garden is a gazebo equipped with table and chairs and a brick barbecue.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located at the far end of the garden, at a lower level than the house, easily reached across the lawn from the parking area or via stone steps from the opposite side. Rectangular and measuring 11x6 m with a depth of 1.40 m; lined in PVC and equipped with Roman steps for access and internal lighting; chlorine purification; solarium area with synthetic grass, equipped with sunbeds and a gazebo; open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
