La Quercia, portion of farmhouse for 6/8 people with garden in the heart Chianti

La Quercia was born from a skillful renovation in 2019, has 4 bedrooms and a private terrace, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a large and welcoming living room with a nice table to eat, sofas and armchairs and a splendid fireplace. The living room leads to a bright loggia overlooking the garden, with a piano, sofas, armchairs and TV for your moments of relax. Next to the living room, you will also have a bright and perfectly equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room.

On the first floor, we find the 4 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom and 2 with shared bathroom.

Outside you will have a large patio where you can eat outdoors and a splendid garden with centuries-old oaks that evoke the history of the house.



From 15/10 to 30/04 extra gas fee of € 25 per day (LPG).

At check-out, there will be a tourist tax to be paid, 2 € per day per person from 14 years old. The city tax is calculated on a maximum of 6 nights

Check-in is available from 4 pm to 8 pm. Late check-in is available until midnight only on request at an extra cost of € 50.
