So so...

Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers. Good hotel for a relaxing retreat.

Vi er så skuffede over vores ophold her, på hvad der skulle have været et lækkert ophold på et firestjernet hotel. Til hotellet er der ingen pool, selvom dette fremgår på hotellets oversigt hotels.com og på billederne. Der var ingen wifi på værelserne, selvom personalet påstod andet, og selvom det fremgår på hotels.com. Billederne er fra et badeland der ligger ved siden af, som er virkelig beskidt, ulækkert og overfyldt. Du kan få lov at bruge det - mod et gebyr naturligvis. Værelserne var virkelig klamme. Så beskidte, ildelugtende, med maste kakkelakker, tusindben, myrer og firben inde på værelserne. Servicen i det lille køkken var også beskidt. Sengene var hårde og ubehagelige. Maden var virkelig dårlig (og i en fuldstændig seperat bygning, hvor man skal krydse en stor parkeringsplads for at komme derhen). Derudover lugtede restauranten af cigaretrøg. Vi tjekkede ud herfra efter blot en nat, vi kunne simpelthen ikke holde til det mere. Vi føler at vi er blevet lokket i en fælde, med billeder og beskrivelser der slet ikke passer. Dette bør hotels.com tage hånd om! Det eneste positive vi har at sige om dette sted er at personalet altid var høfligt og hjælpsomt.

Troppo inflazionata come attrazione. A fronte di una spesa per camera doppia di ben 120 euro a notte (pulite della commissione di expedia) troverete una camera all'apparenza discreta ma comunque pulita in modo approssimativo, con polvere accumulata agli angoli delle stanze. Anche il confort è relativo: il letto è comodo ma le stanze sono davvero rumorose, o meglio si vive in balia della vicina maleducazione e si sente quella altrui sotto forma di rumore. Colazione a buffet, compresa nel prezzone almeno quella, sufficiente ma almeno comprendere un'entrata in terma o al parco dato il notevole costo della camera sarebbe quantomeno auspicabile...con gli stessi soldi e stesse percorrenze si va al mare

Bellissimo!!!

Struttura semplicemente fantastica, adagiata sulle colline della Val di Sillaro. Centro termale ottimo, bimbolandia per i più piccoli e aquapark divertente adatto per tutta la famiglia anche con bambini piccoli (unica limitazione d'accesso riguarda gli scivoli). Da mattina a sera, lo staff si impegna ad animare con varie attività adatte a tutti! Esperienza da ripetere quanto prima!

Pessimo posto, non si può definire Hotel

Personale alla reception scortese e scostante, appena arrivati neanche un saluto di benvenuto. La camera ha il bagno senza bidet, e udite udite senza telefono (devi uscire per andare alla reception per chiedere qualsiasi cosa e fare la fila) provando a chiamare la reception con il mio telefono cellulare ma essendo in una conca non c'è campo.... La televisore del medioevo per giunta mal funzionante. La cena buffet da dimenticare.... fritto fritto fritto. Ciliegina sulla torta al checkout mi hanno persino addebitato 8 euro in più, che dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni sono state restituite restituite 4.50 non ho parole ... (dicendo che consumato 2 caffe dopo cena) Non prendo mai caffè ma anche se fosse stato ... mi sembra caro 8 euro per due caffe. Occhio ai conti quando lasciate sto posto!

SE LA VUOI PERDERE LA SALUTE , LA SCELTA E' GIUSTA

Personale da biglietteria ferroviaria . La camera era ubicata in una palazzina all'esterno del parco ad una distanza di almeno 200 m in una stradina da percorrere di sera completamente al BUIO !!!!!!!! Al nostro arrivo intorno alle 15.30 dopo una frettolosa spiegazione del tutto ci hanno riferito che per accedere alla piscina dovevamo aspettare dopo le 19,30 . Orario di cena !!!!! Per utilizzare la pioscina prima avremmo dovuto o potuto accedere ad essa gratuitamente solo se avessimo fatto il check in la mattina . Noi avremmo potuto farlo di mattina , perché no . Ma perché permettere il check in dalle 14 in poi ? Per SPELLARE DALLA TASCA DEI CLIENTI ALTRE 15 EURO A PERSONA PER L'INGRESSO , COSA ALLA QUALE CI SIAMO DOVUTI ASSOGGETTARE . CHE VERGOGNA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Problemi al check in: non risultava la prenotazione. Cena al buffet ottima come pure l'area piscina. Molto brava e gentile la bagnina addetta alla piscina. Colazione buona ma scarsa sul salato.

Location meravigliosa

Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend, tra acquapark e piscine termali, in una amena località dei colli bolognesi. Le camere sono ricavate in antichi casali ristrutturati, disseminati nel comprensorio, mentre per i pasti ci sono due ristoranti e una pizzeria. Il villaggio è un poco fuori mano, pertanto è adatto per una vacanza di tutto relax, senza dover muovere l'automobile. Penso che ci tornerò per una vacanza più lunga.
