Pessima esperienza

Non trovo che questo hotel rispetti gli standard di un 4 stelle. La piscina è quello dell’hotel vicino, quindi non è esattamente un servizio dell’hotel . Nonostante non fosse segnalato in alcun modo nella mia prenotazione, mi è stato richiesto un contributo di 15€ a persona per l’accesso in piscina. In stanza non c’era nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua , sinceramente è il minimo che mi aspetto da un sedicente 4 stelle . Contrariamente alla calorosa accoglienza che contraddistingue la Romagna, ho trovato il personale poco affabile e non mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio.

Non so come un hotel simile possa essere un quattro stelle!!! Personale alquanto impreparato e poco cortese Hotel fermo agli anni ‘80 con serramenti che non tenevano l’acqua dopo 5 min di temporale (allego fotografia), con una pozza d’acqua in camera abbiamo chiesto cortesemente un cambio stanza, rifiutato, abbiamo chiesto se qualcuno poteva venire a pulire e il personale addetto si è presentato 2 ore e 2 richieste dopo. Per far colazione bisognava recarsi nell’ hotel accanto (colazione misera e di poca qualità). Bagno minuscolo con le porte della doccia che non combaciavano alla chiusura, questo per dire che ogni volta che ci si lavava bisognava poi tappezzare al di fuori l’acqua che usciva, senza parlare del servizio sapone/shampo/bagnoschiuma in dotazione.. una misera bustina a persona per farsi la doccia e una saponetta per le mani sul lavandino. Mai avuto una esperienza così pessima in un hotel a 4 stelle!! Infine abbiamo richiesto se potevamo lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio 2 ore in più rispetto al check out e la risposta è stata che anche solo per due ore avremmo dovuto pagare l’intera giornata nel parcheggio e sotto loro consiglio ci costava meno lasciarla in un parcheggio a pagamento per strada.. ah, vorrei anche precisare che in tutto l’hotel erano 3 le stanze occupate e nel parcheggio oltre alla mia macchina ce n’era ancora una… e BASTA! ma ci rendiamo conto?! Sconsigliatissimo! E altra cosa, non aspettatevi le camere che vedete in fotografia…!!

Non darei un 4 stelle a questo hotel. La stanza non era molto “moderna”, anzi… Tutto il contrario. Per fare la colazione si deve uscire dall’hotel ed andare nell’hotel accanto che é convenzionato. La piscina é a pagamento, 15€ al giorno se uno la vuole utilizzare. Unica nota molto positiva é la pulizia delle camere; la signora delle pulizie al primo piano é stata veramente molto gentile e sempre sorridente.

Grazioso albergo al centro di Riccione

Grazioso albergo riccionese situato a due passi dal mare e poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione e da Viale Ceccarini, il cuore di Riccione. La struttura è facilissima da raggiungere ed esteticamente si presenta molto bene. Il personale è gentile e disposto ad accogliere le richieste della clientela. La colazione, nel mio caso compresa nel prezzo, è ricca, variegata è molto gustosa, servita da personale estremamente disponibile e professionale. Le stanze sono pulite, confortevoli e silenziose. Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole.

Non lo conoscevo prima d'ora ma a seguito di questa esperienza posso consigliarlo, gradevole la colazione in giardino, apprezzabile la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto quello della reception. Camere pulite e piene di specchi che donano profondità alle stesse, ottimo livello la TV in camera non è la piccola scatola di latta che si trova in alcuni Hotel. peccato per gli spazi esterni un pelino sacrificati, ottimo il garage sotterraneo a due passi....

Un hôtel qui porte bien son nom

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel très confortable. Excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel. Notre chambre très spacieuse disposait d'une petite terrasse avec vue sur la mer. De nombreux rangements, idéal pour les longs séjours. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, très complet, de très bons produits. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking et d'un garage. A proximité de la plage et de la rue Ceccarini. L

Pro: Sauber, nette Bedienung, grosses Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Contra: Gewisse Zimmertüren können ganz einfach ohne Schlüssel geöffnet werden. Also keine Wertsachen zurücklassen. Gemixte Drinks an der Bar sind nicht empfehlenswert (z.B. Daiquiri, White Russian).

Perfetto!! Gentilissimi al punto che pur avendo soggiornato una sola notte ci hanno permesso di lasciare l'auto nel loro parcheggio custodito oltre il check out (siamo partiti alle 19,00!!).

Piacevole soggiorno

Soggiornato in questo hotel lo scorso week end. La struttura si trova in posizione comoda e tranquilla,si raggiunge il centro della citta' in pochi minuti. La camera confortevole e dotata di climatizzatore. Il personale e' gentile e disponibile. Bella e buona la colazione servita nel giardino.

Il piacere di una vacanza

l'Hotel è bello, luminoso, scintillante, ma ciò che conta di più è che è pulito, il personale sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza, la posizione eccentellente per il mare dove c'è il bagno convenzionato che ha anche due piscinette idromassaggio..., per lo shopping al viale ceccarini, e ci sono a disposizione le biciclette. Grazie ancora al personale per tutto, all'anno prossimo!!!

Personale ok. Hotel migliorabile.

Personale molto Gentile e disponibile. Camera piccola con letti di dimensione inadequata per la categoria dell' hotel e insonorizzazione inesistente. Colazione molto migliorabile nella qualità dei prodotti salati (affettati e formaggio). Nel complesso lo consiglio ma credo che le tariffe siano un po' sopra la media per quanto offre. Ribadisco l'ottima qualità del personale.
