Per i soldi spesi non si ha privilegio visto che l'entrata alle piscine termali è anche per chi non soggiorna nell'hotel e non vengono rispettate le regole dai giornalieri e non ci si può godere le terme, e mi sembra fuori luogo far pagare una spremuta 7€ a colazione visto che la colazione era compressa nel conto, in giornata lo consiglio ma come hotel 4 stelle no , senza togliere niente al personale dell'hotel che erano gentili

Purtroppo sono stato deluso completamente Le camere non rispecchiavano le foto del sito,ho prenotato una suite e nonostante questo ho dovuto pagare l ingresso alle piscine Le uscite erano strapiene di gente arrivata dall’ esterno e l ambiente si è trasformato in una sorta di piscina comunale …nella normalità le terme dovrebbero essere luogo di tranquillità e calma invece erano un disastro..lettini ammassati uno attaccato all’ altro non c era servizio di bevande al self service come tisane o altro come di solito ho sempre trovato in altre terme…c era il bar adiacente alla piscina luogo alquanto freddo…ho chiesto un paio di cuscini alla reception perché quelli in dotazione erano duri come il cemento e mi è stato detto che sarebbe stata avvisata la governante e che se ci fossero stati me li avrebbero consegnati in stanza…visto nessuno…la colazione carente e disordinata..camerieri che comunicavano tra loro a voce alta ..sembrava essere al mercato…poca professionalità…in ogni caso dovevo soggiornare x due giorni ma la sera successiva all’ arrivo sono tornato a casa..un incubo…pagando più di 500euro…non aggiungo altro… Da non tornare assolutamente….

Situazione molto rilassante, spazi grandi che permettono di stare tranquilli anche nelle giornate in cui ci sono molte persone. Personale piacevole. Ci sono già stata più volte, ci tornerò anche il prossimo anno sicuramente
