"I think this is one of the favorite properties that I've ever stayed at. The house is just so cool and has such an incredible feel to it. You literally feel like you are perched up in the redwood trees. There is very little about the house that feels updated which is a huge part of the charm. The neighborhood is also really nice and walk-able. We rented this property as a break between a weekend in SF and a weekend in LA and it was the perfect cozy respite that allowed us to catch our breath,...

"We loved staying at this charming B&B type inn. They do have a full bar and an outstanding bartender. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent. Be aware that it's kind of like a great old house, so you might be able to hear your neighbors. "

"The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH"

"The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location."
