「Personal are really nice!! Hotel needs a lot of updates. Pillow cases are in really bad shape, really old, with holes. You want to come and rest in a nice pillow. They give you water. We appreciate with the heat. 」

「ホテルからソカロまでは徒歩15分ほどで夜歩いても危なくなかったです。スーパーも直ぐ近くにあります。無料の駐車場はホテルの２軒手前にあるlava autoになります。駐車場所の案内が事前にあれば分かりやすかったです。ホテル内は入り口は24時間ゲートが施錠されており、レセプションの方が開けてくれます。セキュリティ面でも安心です。ホテルの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで感じがよかったです。頼んでいませんでしたが、エクストラベッドも用意されていてありがたかったです。エレベーターはありませんので、重いスーツケースお持ちの方は要注意です。ウォーターサーバーも廊下にあるのでお水にも困りませんでした。これはメキシコでは意外とポイント高いです！！ 可愛らしいホテルで快適でしたが、唯一残念だったのが、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎてシャワーを浴びるのが大変だったことです。トイレの水などは普通だったのですが…。立地的にも良かったしまたこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。」

「Por el precio no lo recomiendo, carece de muchas cuestiones. Al entrar a la habitación encontré una cucaracha, la zona no muy agradable, en la regadera no salía agua caliente completamente (le comentamos a los encargados y nos dijeron que así salía el agua). La cama de igual manera muy dura 」

「他の口コミを見ていると部屋によって大きな違いがあるようです。わたしの泊まった部屋は窓なし、湿気もひどく、ベッドはシーツ1枚のみ。 お湯が夜は出ないことも知らされないままでしたし、シャワールームも清潔感はありませんでした。」

「First off, the spa has limited hours and was closed the first day I was there; in addition, you have to pay about as much to use the spa as you do to to stay in the hotel. The spa looked really nice, but I never got to experience it. The swimming pool is quite bland with water a bit too cool for my liking and I was afraid to put my head under water for the fact the water wasn't very clear. The food in the restaurant was very good but had the atmosphere was that of a hospital cafeteria--zero...
