「When we arrived at the front of the building and rang the bell, only a strange recording was announced and no one answered. We were quite frightened that we might have to wait forever. While we were at a loss other customers arrived as well. After 10 minutes or so finally the owner arrived. The place is very very beautiful and clean. I would definitely want to come back and hopefully the next time the owner will be waiting.」

「受付の方が日本語を少し話されて、とてもフレンドリーでした。次の訪問地のレストランの予約もしていただいて助かりました。 ホテルも快適だった為に、ラベンナは今回の旅行の中でも特に印象に残りました。」

「観光目的の宿泊だったので、歴史地区への距離が遠かった。また、サイクリングでのり利用者にとっては、自転車の保管方法が気になった。 野ざらしで、盗難が、大変心配でした。また、保管方法については、ホテルの自転車には カバーが掛けられているのに、同じ場所で裸であつた。」

「ホテルは、とても快適でした。シャワーのお湯もしっかりでました。フロントで教えていただいた近くのレストランも美味しかったです。残念なのは、駅から近いと思って予約しましたが、駅には、ホテルと反対の出口しか無く、かなり、遠回りしなければなりませんでした。」

「中心地から、徒歩10分と離れているが、可愛いくて、清潔感のあるホテルで、良いと思います‼︎ スタッフも若く感じも良かったです！ なでしこJの決勝戦もスカイTVで見れたので、良かった⁉︎」

「Everything was great here at this hotel. Hotel stff were all friendly and my room (218) was excellent. I will definately come back there if I have another chance to visit Ravenna. However I had a small problem when I checked in. I booked this hotel with breakfast inc. A confirmation email from hotels.com proved it. But the hotel recieved my reservation from hotels.com as a "room only". They showed me the document. So this was a fault from hotels.com. I hope such a mistake won't happen...

「７年前に泊まったホテルは気に入っていたのですが、運悪く閉鎖中でしたので、駅から近いこのホテル泊まることにしました。築後20年くらいの近代的な建物のホテルなので、ビジネスホテルのようで旅情などは感じられません。ただ、部屋は価格に対して必要十分に広く、概ね満足できるものでした。」
